Obama is NOT black!!!!

I really did not want to have to talk about race. Again.

But the topic is back in the news. Again.

And as always it is always some silly little thing that comes around on a slow news day and makes the subject of race or race relations a so called "hot topic." Again.

And it's always a black/white issue, completely neglecting that there are so many different races and colors that make up the fabric of America.

Enough, I say. Can't we all just get along already?

But when race comes up again, especially in relation to the President, I get all aggravated that no one (except me) seems to believe that President Obama is not black. He's biracial. Am I the only person familiar with this term? Does anyone else remember the photos of his caucasian mother? I guess somewhere along the way it just became clear that he could get a lot of useful things from being "black" so he went with it. But I'm not fooled. He'll always be biracial to me. I wonder when the rest of you are gonna catch on. Years from now when everybody else starts saying it, when they revoke his ghetto pass for being too successful and awesome, I'm gonna say "I told you so!"
